 Time of performance – immediately or during working hours

 We provide service to:

— address queries on the availability of particular editions

— issue-related queries

— qualifying queries

— factographic queries

We do not provide service if the query:

— is illegal under the laws in effect

— is connected with commercial or agency work

— is connected with the assignment of the prepared reports, term papers, theses, their search in the Internet, solving mathematical or statistical tasks

— demands deep scientific search and utilization of compulsory sources of information unavailable at the library
